ইকোনো মার্ট একটি অনলাইন মার্কেটপ্লেস যা গ্রাহকদের গ্যাজেট, মোবাইল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ, হোম অ্যাপ্লায়েন্স, স্টেশনারি সহ বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরির পণ্য সরবরাহ করে। আপনি অনলাইনে অর্ডার করে নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি পেতে পারেন।
২. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য প্রদান
অর্ডার করার জন্য আপনাকে বৈধ মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
আপনার প্রদত্ত তথ্য সঠিক, সত্য এবং আপটুডেট হতে হবে।
ভুল বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করা হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার ইকোনো মার্ট সংরক্ষণ করে।
৩. পেমেন্ট ও মূল্য
ওয়েবসাইটে পণ্যের মূল্য এবং প্রযোজ্য চার্জগুলো প্রদর্শিত হয়।
ইকোনো মার্ট যে কোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তন বা অফার সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।
আপনি ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট বা কার্ডের মাধ্যমে মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারেন।
৪. ডেলিভারি ও অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
ডেলিভারি সময়ঃ
ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–২ কার্যদিবস
ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৩ কার্যদিবস
ডেলিভারি সময় পণ্যের ধরন ও অবস্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
স্টকে না থাকলে বা অন্য কোনো কারণে ইকোনো মার্ট অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
৫. কপিরাইট ও কনটেন্ট
এই ওয়েবসাইটে থাকা সকল লেখা, ছবি, লোগো ও কনটেন্ট ইকোনো মার্টের মালিকানাধীন এবং কপিরাইট আইনের অধীনে সুরক্ষিত।
আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ব্যতীত এগুলো কপি, ব্যবহার বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।
৬. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
